X-Design Engineering Intake

Burns Stainless uses the information collected here to engineer the critical performance dimensions of your exhaust system for your specific engine application.

The X-Design process focuses on determining the exhaust dimensions that most directly affect engine performance, including primary tube diameter and length, collector configuration, and recommended downstream pipe sizing.

Supporting documentation including dyno sheets, flow data, cam cards, CAD files, and reference images may be uploaded throughout the submission process.

The X-Design is an engineering analysis and specification service. It is not intended to provide complete vehicle exhaust routing, chassis packaging, or fabrication drawings for custom exhaust systems.

A $150 design consulting fee applies to each X-Design engineering review.
